This glorious case piece has just been added to our inventory collection and it's something special. The silhouette is clean, symmetrical and understated, but the details kick it up several notches. This piece could truly go in any room.
The late Canadian design legend, Ray Staples, whom I was also lucky to have called a client and friend, was often quoted as saying black was her favourite colour. Known for flaming red hair, salty language and no-bullshit manner, Ray was a true artist and champion of every colour. But her love of black was unwavering. Eternally chic, intense, absolute, bold -- what's not to love? Here are our top 5 current faves to add a desirable dose of blackness to an interior.
This little charmer of a chandelier just joined our Collection section under Lighting. It's got excellent form and the droplets are crystal -- no plastic business here. Here are 5 great gifts that just hit our inventory. Psst, We won't tell if you end up buying something for yourself.

Soon I'll be bidding so long to good ol' 328 Queen St. E., home to VFO for the last 3 years. While I have loved being apart of the burgeoning Corktown district, I recently decided to move out of this great space due to the ongoing construction on the neighbouring building. I'm on the hunt for a new bricks and mortar space and am excited to make a fresh start. I will definitely keep you posted.

Have you seen the November 2015 Canadian House & Home yet? It's hot off the presses and it's pretty cool. Big thanks to design editor Joel Bray for including VFO in the Focus story on the top 13 ice buckets. Here are several more great ones I have currently in stock. Perfect host gift!

If you're feeling inspired, let me be your pot dealer -- here are some excellent ones in the shop right now.
